Police Seek Woman After Knife Incident at Carrum Downs Shopping Centre
Police are appealing for a woman to come forward after an alleged assault and knife threats at Carrum Downs shopping centre on Sunday. Officers quickly arrested a man, but the victim left before police could speak with her.
