Troy Cunneen sought over Mornington police car ramming and outstanding warrants

Victoria Police are seeking information on Troy Cunneen’s whereabouts after a police car ramming in Mornington on 12 December 2025. He is also wanted on five outstanding warrants.

Victoria Police are seeking to speak with Troy Cunneen in connection with a police car ramming in Mornington, as investigators continue to pursue those involved in the incident.

Police issued a public appeal after identifying Cunneen as a person they wish to speak to in relation to the ramming, which occurred on Friday 12 December. The incident remains under investigation.

Authorities say locating Cunneen is a priority and have urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.

Outstanding warrants

In addition to the Mornington incident, police confirmed Cunneen, 35, is also wanted on five outstanding warrants. These relate to alleged burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, theft, and contravening bail and a court order.

Cunneen is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 178cm tall, with a medium build and short red hair. Police said he is known to frequent the Mornington Peninsula area.

Investigators have released an image of Cunneen as part of their appeal.
