Rosebud Raid: Man Remanded As Police Allege Firearms, Drugs, Cash And 3D Printer Seized

A 53-year-old man has been remanded after police executed a warrant at a Rosebud address, with officers alleging they located firearms, drugs, cash and a 3D printer during the search.

A 53-year-old man has been remanded in custody after police executed a warrant at a Rosebud address and allegedly located firearms, ammunition, drugs, cash and a 3D printer.

Victoria Police said members of the Southern Metro Region Four Divisional Response Unit attended a property in Sharen Street about 9.30am on Friday 30 January as part of an ongoing investigation.

Police allege multiple items located during search

Police said a 53-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman were arrested at the property and a search was conducted.

It is alleged officers located a number of items including firearms, ammunition, drugs, a 3D printer and cash.

Man charged and remanded to face court

Police said the man was charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of drugs, trafficking a drug of dependence, possessing a traffickable quantity of firearms and possessing proceeds of crime.

He was remanded to appear at Frankston Magistrates’ Court on 2 February.

Woman released pending summons

Police said the 58-year-old woman was released pending summons.

Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
