Four teenagers have been charged following an alleged violent incident that unfolded in full view of diners and bystanders on Point Nepean Road in Rosebud earlier this year.
Police allege the affray took place just after 7pm on Monday, 25 March, near a local restaurant. The incident was reportedly witnessed by multiple members of the public.
Two boys, aged 15 and 16, along with two girls, aged 13 and 14, have each been charged with affray, assault with intent to rob, intentionally cause injury, and assault with a weapon.
All four will face a Children’s Court at a later date.
Rosebud Police are urging anyone who saw the incident or who may have dashcam or mobile phone footage to come forward. Witnesses are encouraged to contact Rosebud Police Station.
