MPSC Libraries to Host Free Baby and Child First Aid Sessions

The Mornington Peninsula Shire will host free Baby and Child First Aid sessions in Rosebud, Hastings, Somerville, and Mornington libraries this June, providing basic CPR and emergency care education for parents and carers.

Mornington Peninsula Shire will hold a series of free Baby and Child First Aid education sessions this June, aimed at equipping parents and caregivers with basic first aid knowledge.

The sessions will cover key areas including CPR, as well as first aid management for choking, burns, poisoning, and temperature-related incidents.

The program is scheduled as follows:

  • Monday 23 June
    • 11am – Somerville Library
    • 2pm – Mornington Library

Sessions are free to attend, but bookings are essential.

    The library is a democratic hallmark. Available to everyone regardless of wealth, colour, religion or ability.
