Public voting open until 27 June
Our township of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula has been named a finalist in the 2025 Victorian Top Tourism Town Awards in the ‘Top Tiny Tourism Town’ category.
With a population of just over 1,100, Flinders has been recognised by the Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC) for offering a strong visitor experience and contributing positively to regional tourism. The awards aim to celebrate towns across Victoria that deliver high-quality experiences for travellers and help drive local economic growth.
Flinders is known for its historic pier, scenic walking trails, marine sanctuary, and boutique town centre. It is one of several towns shortlisted for the annual awards, which are decided in part by public vote.
Public voting is now open and will remain so until 5pm on Friday, 27 June. Community members and visitors are encouraged to participate.

The outcome of the Victorian awards will determine which towns go on to represent the state in the national Top Tourism Town Awards later this year.
